End User License Agreement (EULA) Last updated: 07/01/2024 1. Introduction This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Nodex System ("we", "our", "us") for the use of the NodeX POS application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App. 2. License Grant We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 3.
