1. Introduction

Welcome to NodeX POS. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our mobile application. By accessing or using NodeX POS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NodeX POS in accordance with these terms. You may use the app solely for your personal or business purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use NodeX POS for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the app. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Using the app to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app or its related systems or networks.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the app’s functionality or servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in NodeX POS, including but not limited to the app design, text, graphics, and interfaces, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to NodeX POS immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use NodeX POS.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
